ARTICLE 1 \u2013 IDENTITY OF THE SELLER
\nThe Association Alvar Aalto en France is responsible for operating the website maisonlouiscarr\u00e9.fr and for the sale of the services and products offered.ARTICLE 2 \u2013 PURPOSE
\nThese General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) govern:<\/p>\n

\u2022 the sale of admission tickets (cultural services)<\/div>\n
\u2022 the sale of physical products (books, objects, merchandise)<\/div>\n
\u2022 the related services offered via the website<\/div>\n

ARTICLE 3 \u2013 ACCEPTANCE OF THE GTCS
\nAny order implies full and unconditional acceptance of these GTCS.<\/p>\n

ARTICLE 4 \u2013 PRICES
\nPrices are indicated in euros, all taxes included (VAT included).
\nIn accordance with applicable tax regulations:<\/p>\n

\u2022 visits are subject to French VAT, regardless of the customer\u2019s country of residence<\/div>\n
\u2022 products are subject to the applicable VAT in accordance with current regulations<\/div>\n

Different pricing categories may be offered.
\nGroup rates apply to a single customer booking a minimum of ten (10) participants for the same time slot.
\nGroup rates are not available through the standard online ordering process.

For physical products, delivery costs are indicated before order validation.
\nThe Association reserves the right to modify its prices at any time.<\/p>\n

ARTICLE 5 \u2013 ORDER AND CONFIRMATION
\nThe customer selects the desired products or services and confirms the order.
\nThe order is considered final after payment and confirmation by email.
\nFor visits, the order is only definitively confirmed and binding upon receipt of the email confirming that the booking has been validated.
\nThe customer is invited to check their email inbox to ensure receipt of this confirmation.
\nThis confirmation must be presented on the day of the visit, either in digital or printed form.
\nIn the absence of confirmation, a valid ID may be requested to verify the booking.
\nThe order confirmation shall serve as proof between the parties.<\/p>\n

ARTICLE 6 \u2013 AVAILABILITY
\nVisits are offered subject to availability (maximum 19 participants per time slot).
\nProducts are offered subject to available stock.<\/p>\n

ARTICLE 7 \u2013 PAYMENT
\nPayment is due immediately.
\nIt is made using the payment methods offered on the website.
\nPayment is processed via a secure payment provider (Stripe or equivalent).
Banking data is never stored by the website.<\/p>\n

ARTICLE 8 \u2013 VISITS \/ SERVICES
\nVisits are leisure services provided on a specific date.
\nThey are conducted in the presence of a guide.
\nThe ticket must be presented on the day of the visit.
\nVisits start at the indicated time.
Late arrival may result in refusal of access to the visit, without refund or rescheduling.<\/p>\n

ARTICLE 9 \u2013 NO RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (VISITS)
\nIn accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code,
leisure services provided on a specific date are not subject to the right of withdrawal.<\/p>\n

ARTICLE 10 \u2013 CANCELLATION AND REFUND (VISITS)
\nTickets are neither exchangeable nor refundable, except in the event of cancellation attributable to the Association.
\nIn case of cancellation, only the ticket price will be refunded.<\/p>\n

ARTICLE 11 \u2013 PRODUCTS (BOUTIQUE)
\nProducts are described as accurately as possible.
\nPhotographs are non-contractual.<\/p>\n

ARTICLE 12 \u2013 DELIVERY
\nProducts are delivered to the address indicated by the customer.
\nDelivery times are given for information purposes only.
The Association cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to the carrier.
\nRisk is transferred upon receipt of the parcel.
\nIn the event of a damaged or lost parcel, the customer is invited to make reservations with the carrier and contact the Association as soon as possible.<\/p>\n

ARTICLE 13 \u2013 RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (PRODUCTS)
\nIn accordance with applicable regulations, the customer has a period of fourteen (14) days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal without having to justify their decision.
\nThe customer must notify their decision to withdraw by email before returning any goods.
\nThe right of withdrawal may be exercised without penalty, except for return shipping costs.
\nProducts must be returned in perfect condition.<\/p>\n

ARTICLE 14 \u2013 REFUND
\nRefunds are processed within a maximum of fourteen (14) days from receipt of the returned products.<\/p>\n

ARTICLE 15 \u2013 INVOICING
\nAn invoice is issued for each order and made available to the customer.<\/p>\n

ARTICLE 16 \u2013 PERSONAL DATA
\nPersonal data collected is processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016\/679 (GDPR).
\nIt is necessary for managing orders, bookings, payments, delivery, and customer relations.
\nFor more information, customers are invited to consult the privacy policy available on the website.<\/p>\n

ARTICLE 17 \u2013 LIABILITY
\nThe Association shall not be held liable for:<\/p>\n

\u2022 damage resulting from improper use of the product<\/div>\n
\u2022 delays or losses attributable to the carrier<\/div>\n
\u2022 cases of force majeure<\/div>\n
