ARTICLE 1 – IDENTITY OF THE SELLER
The Association Alvar Aalto en France is responsible for operating the website maisonlouiscarré.fr and for the sale of the services and products offered.ARTICLE 2 – PURPOSE
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) govern:
ARTICLE 3 – ACCEPTANCE OF THE GTCS
Any order implies full and unconditional acceptance of these GTCS.
ARTICLE 4 – PRICES
Prices are indicated in euros, all taxes included (VAT included).
In accordance with applicable tax regulations:
Different pricing categories may be offered.
Group rates apply to a single customer booking a minimum of ten (10) participants for the same time slot.
Group rates are not available through the standard online ordering process.

For physical products, delivery costs are indicated before order validation.
The Association reserves the right to modify its prices at any time.
ARTICLE 5 – ORDER AND CONFIRMATION
The customer selects the desired products or services and confirms the order.
The order is considered final after payment and confirmation by email.
For visits, the order is only definitively confirmed and binding upon receipt of the email confirming that the booking has been validated.
The customer is invited to check their email inbox to ensure receipt of this confirmation.
This confirmation must be presented on the day of the visit, either in digital or printed form.
In the absence of confirmation, a valid ID may be requested to verify the booking.
The order confirmation shall serve as proof between the parties.
ARTICLE 6 – AVAILABILITY
Visits are offered subject to availability (maximum 19 participants per time slot).
Products are offered subject to available stock.
ARTICLE 7 – PAYMENT
Payment is due immediately.
It is made using the payment methods offered on the website.
Payment is processed via a secure payment provider (Stripe or equivalent).
Banking data is never stored by the website.
ARTICLE 8 – VISITS / SERVICES
Visits are leisure services provided on a specific date.
They are conducted in the presence of a guide.
The ticket must be presented on the day of the visit.
Visits start at the indicated time.
Late arrival may result in refusal of access to the visit, without refund or rescheduling.
ARTICLE 9 – NO RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (VISITS)
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code,
leisure services provided on a specific date are not subject to the right of withdrawal.
ARTICLE 10 – CANCELLATION AND REFUND (VISITS)
Tickets are neither exchangeable nor refundable, except in the event of cancellation attributable to the Association.
In case of cancellation, only the ticket price will be refunded.
ARTICLE 11 – PRODUCTS (BOUTIQUE)
Products are described as accurately as possible.
Photographs are non-contractual.
ARTICLE 12 – DELIVERY
Products are delivered to the address indicated by the customer.
Delivery times are given for information purposes only.
The Association cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to the carrier.
Risk is transferred upon receipt of the parcel.
In the event of a damaged or lost parcel, the customer is invited to make reservations with the carrier and contact the Association as soon as possible.
ARTICLE 13 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (PRODUCTS)
In accordance with applicable regulations, the customer has a period of fourteen (14) days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal without having to justify their decision.
The customer must notify their decision to withdraw by email before returning any goods.
The right of withdrawal may be exercised without penalty, except for return shipping costs.
Products must be returned in perfect condition.
ARTICLE 14 – REFUND
Refunds are processed within a maximum of fourteen (14) days from receipt of the returned products.
ARTICLE 15 – INVOICING
An invoice is issued for each order and made available to the customer.
ARTICLE 16 – PERSONAL DATA
Personal data collected is processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
It is necessary for managing orders, bookings, payments, delivery, and customer relations.

ARTICLE 20 – APPLICABLE LAW
These GTCS are governed by French law.
Any dispute shall fall under the jurisdiction of the French courts.
